Drinking roughly three cups of green tea a day will help with the free radicals and in change prevent cellulite.

Eat healthy omega-3 fats such as oily fish, flaxseed, fish oils, and nuts instead of saturated fats. These heatly fats help with blood circulation. Poor circulation slows down the body’s ability to carry nutrients to skin cells. This in turn causes them to clump together, which can compound cellulite problems.

 




 

Cut out toxins

 

Toxins that have accumulated in the body can affect the skin surface negatively and contribute to the formation of cellulite. Remove or limit toxins such as tobacco, alcohol, coffee and heavily processed foods containing high levels of sugar and chemical additives. Make sure to drink plenty of water.

Try incorporating herbs into your routine.  You can use dandelion leaves which are healthy and yes edible, in salads or fresh juices. External body treatments like coffee scrubs can improve circulation and reduce cellulite. Do this by using a coffee scrub twice a week. Moisten your skin under the shower, turn the water off, rub coffee granules into the affected areas for a few minutes, then rinse the coffee scrub off.
